We want you to love your look, but if a product isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns on all unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened makeup products cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
